Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Refunds are only issued if a scheduled show is canceled due to circumstances directly related to Arcadia Earth’s inability to perform the event. If you are unable to attend for personal reasons (e.g., no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or late arrivals), your ticket will not be refunded.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my 2-year-old?
